Here are some recent purchases:
It's an old high chair. I think it's oak. No tray. $10. I am thinking it will go outside this summer.
An embroidered runner for $3.
A gold metal, I think vintage, Mary figurine. $3.
A white pitcher, made in Japan. $4. I kind of think a white pitcher is a mandatory prop in blogland.
Then came the frames... I think this is a cute little picture but I bought this for the frame. $4.
I also purchased this vintage print for the frame. $3. The wood frame is awesome. I may paint this.
Another great vintage easel frame and a vintage postcard inside. $10.
I picked up this wood easel for $3. I think I may paint this too.
I am going out again shopping again in few minutes. Wish me luck!

I can't tell how big that chair is but the first tha ame to mind was that it was a shoe shine chair. But if you think it is a igh chair it must be alot smaller. It is nice and solid.
Carlene ~ you found some great treasures ~ Good luck today in your new treasure hunt. Can't wait to see what you find ~
I'd say you had a successful excursion! I am loving that bird picture and red frame!
Wow, Carlene, you got some great stuff! Love the high chair and especially the easel frame. Definitely the white pitcher is a blog mandatory...lol. I don't think I have any of the mandatory things like cloches, white ironstone, French grain sacks. Oh well. You find the coolest things!!
Wow..I think you've done really well!
I know about the cold and snow and the lack of thrifting.
I really love that old high chair, and the price was wonderful!

Carlene I think you have found some great items. Love those frames and yes I can see them painted. Love the old high chair, I have one that was my Mom's so it is over 80 years old!
hugs,
Linda
I have that frame! We were separated at birth.
Great finds Carlene! I love the high chair! I think I'd keep it inside and use it for grandkids. :)
